Featured West Cobb Subdivision - English Oaks

As I work with first time or experienced buyers, they want to know what subdivisions might fit them, their style, etc. As an agent, I am restricted on what I can and cannot say due to federal fair housing laws. However, I can convey facts about communities that have good reputations.

Take English Oaks subdivision for example, this fine community is located in Kennesaw, GA and is the only community that has direct access to Swift/Cantrell Park, Kennesaw's newest and largest city park. The community first started roughly ten years ago when a builder from California found a great piece of land within the city limits of Kennesaw. English Oaks is a swim/tennis community and features 330 charming homes ranging from traditional two story style, to ranch and split foyer homes.
