Amazing Master on Main Deals in Cobb County Subdivisions

Today I showed homes to a very nice man who is a professor at Kennesaw State University. He was looking at Master on Main floor plans including ranches in Cobb County. What struck me today was how vastly different the prices can be from one community to another, no wonder appraisers are having a tough time setting values in today's market. Some of the communities we saw were McEver Park, English Oaks, Howell Farms, and Centennial Commons.  Some very fine offerings in each of these Cobb County swim communities. We found 3 gorgeous homes with hardwoods, charming gardens, covered porches, and more.
